There are no fees/cost/charges to start Future Maker business. You can become a direct seller of Future Maker Life care Private Limited by getting introduced by existing Direct Seller.

THE CORE OF THE FUTURE MAKER SALES AND MARKETING PLAN’S:
Income opportunity is retailing of quality Future Maker products by you to your customers. As your Future Maker business grows, the rewards you earn will grow in proportion and you can earn money in many ways:

1. Retail Margin:

Retail margin is the difference between your selling price (MRP) and your purchase price (DP). As a Future Maker Direct Seller, you determine the price you charge (up to MRP), and when you sell products to customers above your DP, you keep the retail margin. Retail profit is not calculated or paid by Future Maker.

2. Monthly Loyalty Bonus:

If you sponsor direct 12000 Bv’s business within 30 days from your joining date then you will be eligible for this emolument. He /She must be Active and Loyal Direct Seller of company i.e. he /she should not carry out any business relations directly or indirectly with any company / organization with the same business nature. Company distributes 10% of total business volume turnover in all achievers every month for 24 months. *continuity depends on Loyalty of Direct Seller 


3. Weekly Team Bonus:

Your Team Bonus Incentives depends on the BV accrued by you and your team. 
As a new direct seller, your focus will be on developing a base of retail and preferred customers. You’ll also focus on helping your team generate volume through sales. You will be compensated based on successfully building sales volume. As your group generates more sales, you are entitled to more incentives subject to balancing. 

Example:

A particular product sales get you 6000 BVs. So, if you and your 1 Direct Seller sell 1 Product and another direct seller sells 10 Products, you get 6000 BVs under 1 direct seller and 60000 BVs under another direct seller. For every 12000 eligible combined BVs (6000 each), 500 Rs. shall be given as incentive to eligible direct sellers (including you if eligible) immediately above in your network and balance 54000 BVs will be carried forward for next payout cycle.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible you need to generate minimum 12000 BVs from your direct effort.

  Eligible BV:

In case, BVs accumulated under 1 direct seller are more than the BVs accumulated under another direct seller (Both should not be related), then the number of eligible BV are limited to the BVs accumulated under direct seller who has lesser BVs

Balancing Criteria:

For your team to grow, you need to have minimum 2 direct sellers in your group who should not be part of same team. You need to support both direct sellers in your team for a balanced equal growth. To ensure that you support your team and your sponsor is also supporting you whole heartedly, we have implemented unique balancing criteria. To earn any commissions, you need to develop both of your team's unrelated direct sellers in a balanced way. You will earn incentives for the BVs that are earned by the lesser performing direct seller. First matching incentive (2:1 or 1:2 =500) and after that matching (1:1=500) up to unlimited depth.


There is a upper ceiling of INR 15000/- as DAILY income from Group Sales Incentive. Any income above 15000 INR will be flushed and will not be carried forward for next payout cycle.

 Rewards:

 1. STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 10 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 10 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.5000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
2. SILVER STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 30 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 20 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.8000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
3. PEARLSTAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 80 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 50 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.20000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
4. GOLD STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 180 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 100 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.75000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
5. EMERAL STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 430 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 250 sales freshly of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.2, 25,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
6. PLATINUM STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 1430 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 1000 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.6, 25,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.

 

7. DIAMOND STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 4430 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 3000 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.14, 00,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
8. ROYAL DIAMOND STAR:
 Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 11,930 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 7,500 sales freshly of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs.25, 00,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
9. CROWN DIAMOND STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 26,930 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 15,000 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs. 45, 00,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
10. CROWN AMBASSADOR STAR:
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 61,930 sales equally balanced having minimum 6000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 35,000 sales freshly done of Leadership Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: Rs. 1, 00, 00,000   will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
Leadership Bonus Point Products: Future Maker sells multiple products. Some of the products carry Leadership Bonus Points and some do not generate Leadership Bonus Points. This is defined clearly on all products.

We encourage and recognize the efforts put in by our direct sellers. The one who are putting in more efforts and getting more sales are suitably rewarded by our Reward Program which is declared monthly bases.
